DISTRIBUTION AND POLICIES OF EXHIBITOR BADGES – 2017 Lake Havasu Boat Show, April 7-9
- Admission is charged for attending the Boat Show, and all attendees MUST have a ticket or Exhibitor Badge for admittance – no exceptions.
- Exhibitors may receive up to a maximum of (6 free badges for booth spaces, and 8 free badges for bulk spaces). Additional badges are available upon request for $2.00 each (pay at Expo office). Sharing of Exhibitor Badges and/or distributing Badges to anyone other than the person named on the credential is not allowed.
- Prior to the opening of the Boat Show, exhibitors can pick up their Badges at the Show office starting at noon on Thursday, April 6 or Friday morning, April 7 from 8:00am on.
- All booths or spaces must be paid in full prior to receiving Exhibitor Badges.
PLEASE COMPLETE THE EXHIBITOR BADGE REQUEST FORM BELOW AND EMAIL IT NO LATER THAN MONDAY, MARCH 27, 2017 – any badge requests received after March 27 will be not be available for pick-up at the show office until 2:00pm Thursday, April 6.
